Data controller

What we collect
- Table bookings: name, email address, phone number, and booking details you provide through our booking form (EasyTable).
- Gin tasting bookings and payments: name, contact details, and payment information processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your full card details ourselves.
- Push notifications: if you choose to subscribe to weekly lunch menu notifications, we store a technical subscription identifier from your browser. No personal information is linked to it.
Why we process your data
We process your data to manage table and gin tasting bookings, send confirmations, handle payments, and send push notifications you have chosen to subscribe to. The legal basis is performance of a contract (bookings and payments) and consent (push notifications).
Who we share data with
We share data with the providers required to deliver the service: EasyTable (table bookings), Stripe (payments), and Cloudflare (hosting and infrastructure). These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies.
How long we keep data
We keep booking data for as long as needed to manage your booking, and afterwards as required by Swedish bookkeeping law. Push subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe or they become inactive.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. You may withdraw your consent to push notifications at any time by turning them off in your browser. Contact us at hello@punschkallaren.se to exercise your rights. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
Analytics and cookies
With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used. Google may process information about page views, interactions, your device and browser, and approximate location. Analytics remains off until you consent, and we do not send booking or contact details in analytics events.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through the cookie settings.
